  • Type 'REGEDIT' and click ok

  • Find 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER\CONTROL\PANEL\DESKTOP'

  • Select WAIT TO KILL APP TIMEOUT'

  • Right click and select 'MODIFY'

  • Change the value to '1000'

  • Click ok

  • Now select 'HUNG APP TIMEOUT'

  • Right click and select modify

  • Change the value to '1000'

  • Click ok
